Acts Part 3: In Jerusalem
In this third video we explore Acts 3-7. The crowd of people who become disciples of Jesus continues to grow as Peter, John, and the other apostles perform signs and wonders in Jerusalem. Things start out as an ideal portrait of what the church could be. Quickly, however, things shift from ideal to real. Arguments break out between ethnic groups in the church. Violent opposition rises from the established religious orders. Ultimately, Stephen is falsely accused and murdered.
