This is the final week of a 5-week series on John 6 where the Gospel portrays Jesus as the Bread of Life. Many in the crowd abandon Jesus because he said they must eat his flesh. When he asks his disciples if they would leave him, too, Peter responds, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.”
